 How important is it for each of your association executive to have access to membership data including an email list?
 How important would it be for your association to be able to search membership data? e.g. find all members who haven't paid dues, find all members interested in light pollution.
 How important would it be for your association to save a report such as which members haven't paid dues, and easily re-run the report whenever they wish?
 How important would it be to have a discussion forum to get feedback from your members?
 How important would it be to be able to create an online survey and easily send it to your members via an individual email. In the email the member would click on a link to complete the survey. Reminder emails could also be sent to just the people who haven't completed the survey.
 How important would it be for your association to restrict discussions or surveys to members of the executive? This method could be used by the executive to make decisions between meetings.
 How important would it be for your association to have a map that could display places of interest, local names for islands and bays, as well as member cottage locations if they choose to show them? Local businesses could also be displayed.
  How important would it be for your members to be able to see up-to-date water quality data including reports and graphs?
 How important would it be for your executive and committees to be able to capture projects, tasks and actions as well as track progress? Reports such as outstanding actions, and actions assigned to a specific member could be produced.
 How important would it be for your association or committee to be able to view completed or current projects and tasks of other associations? This might help to avoid re-inventing the wheel or help with collaboration.
 How important would it be for your association to have a calendar of events that several people can update - e.g. one person for community events, one for association events, another for exec or committee meetings.
 How important would it be for your calendar of events to also show Regional events such as Conservation Authority workshops that are entered by other associations or agencies?
 How important would it be for your members to have access to classified ads to post For Sale or Wanted items?
 How important would it be for your association to view a library of useful web site links? You could add links that you find and view links that others have added.
 How important would it be for your executive to view finance record details without asking your treasurer for it? Included would be an up to date online treasurer report that your members could view.
 How useful would it be to be able to display member data to your members when they arrive at your annual general meeting, make corrections, update the dues paid field and automatically create a finance record showing dues paid?
 How useful would a business directory be for your members?
 How important would it be to charge businesses a fee for being listed in your business directory with a sliding fee based on what level of info they wanted displayed?
 Do you have bike, hiking, canoe trails? Would your members benefit by being able to see these trails on a map?
 How important would it be to be able to upload newsletters, minutes and other documents into a document repository and make them available to members?
 Would you be interested in a way to reduce the workload on your webmaster and enable your executive to post events, minutes, documents etc to your web site without having the web master do it?
 Would it be valuable to send an individual email reminder to each member who hasn't paid their dues yet - i.e. if you had 100 people who hadn't paid 100 individual emails would be sent, not one email with 100 addresses. This person touch might encourage them to respond.
